About the Role :

We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role will have a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and AWS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and own enterprise-grade AI solutions, with primary focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.

- Define and maintain AI/ML architecture standards, reference patterns, best practices, and governance models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures.

- Lead end-to-end solution delivery on AWS, covering data ingestion, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide strategic recommendations for adoption.

- Mentor and guide cross-functional engineering teams on AI architecture and cloud practices.

- Ensure security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization across AI workloads.

Technical Requirements :

- 14 - 18 years of overall technology experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and solution design.

- Proven experience architecting and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs (GPT, Llama, Gemini, etc.).

- Strong hands-on understanding of RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM application architecture.

- Deep expertise in AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.).

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
