Role Overview :

As a Gen AI Architect at Impetus Technologies, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing Generative AI solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into robust, scalable, and innovative AI architectures.

This role involves leading the technical vision, guiding the development process, and ensuring the successful deployment of Gen AI models that drive tangible business value. Your expertise will directly impact how our clients leverage AI to create new products, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement the overall architecture for Generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.

- Lead the design and development of LLM-based applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and security for diverse client needs.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build and deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms like AWS, optimizing for cost and efficiency.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools in the Gen AI space, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to enhance our capabilities.

- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize use cases for Generative AI, demonstrating the potential impact on business outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, protecting sensitive information and maintaining ethical AI practices.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architectures, models, and deployment processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data processing pipelines.

- Proven ability to build and deploy machine learning models, particularly Generative AI models and LLMs, using Python and relevant frameworks.

- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS, including services like SageMaker, EC2, S3, and related AI/ML offerings.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Extensive experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.

- Solid understanding of data security and governance principles, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

- 15- 18 years of relevant experience in Data Architecture, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
