We're Hiring | IDP Tool Development Engineer.

Are you passionate about Platform Engineering, Developer Productivity, Cloud Native technologies, and Python development? We are looking for an experienced Engineer to join our team!

In this role, you will help build and enhance Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), enterprise integrations, developer tools, and cloud-native engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills :

- Extensive hands-on experience in Python-based platform engineering and product development, including backend services, platform automation, developer productivity tools, and enterprise integrations.

- Strong expertise with the Python ecosystem, including FastAPI/Flask, Django, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Celery, and test-driven development using PyTest.

- Strong experience in API architecture, REST API design, API security, and service integrations.

- Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions (GHA) and enterprise CI/CD platform engineering.

- Hands-on experience with Cloud Native technologies, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience developing or managing Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) using Backstage (preferred) or Harness.

- Preferred experience with AI-enabled SDLC practices and integrating AI capabilities into engineering workflows.

- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (preferred) or Ansible.

- Understanding of enterprise security practices, including security governance, secrets management, and security tooling integrations such as HashiCorp Vault, SonarQube, or equivalent.
