Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer with 34 years of hands-on experience in web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and markup languages such as XML/SML. You will be responsible for developing dynamic web applications, maintaining existing codebases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable PHP-based web applications

- Design and optimize MySQL database schemas and queries

- Integrate front-end components using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Work with XML/SML for data exchange and configuration

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement features

- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code, Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 35 years of professional experience in PHP development

- Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational database design

- Proficiency in JavaScript (including frameworks like jQuery or Vue.js)

- Experience with XML/SML or similar markup languages

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services

- Understanding of MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter)

- Version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
