Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, JavaScript/Angular, and SQL.

- Develop scalable and maintainable backend services and enterprise application components.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and application issues.

- Follow best practices around clean code, design patterns, secure coding, code reviews, and automated testing.

- Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

- Work in Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments.

- Collaborate with global engineering teams and participate in technical discussions and peer reviews.

- Document technical solutions, implementation changes, and operational considerations.

- Use AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and research.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.

- Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.

- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Good hands-on knowledge of JavaScript and/or Angular.

- Strong SQL skills; SQL Server experience preferred.

- Experience in enterprise application development.

- Understanding of Microservices, Distributed Systems, and API-driven architecture.

- Experience with JUnit/Mockito or equivalent automated testing frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Candidate Requirements :

- Must be currently based in Bangalore and available for F2F Interview.

- Must be willing to work 3 days per week from the Whitefield office.

- Strong manual coding skills in Core Java are mandatory.

- Candidates should have hands-on experience writing Java code from scratch, debugging issues, implementing features, and optimizing existing code.
