About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and modern AI frameworks. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build scalable AI applications that drive innovation and business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.

- Build and optimize applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.

- Develop AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions using modern AI frameworks.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations.

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models to improve performance, reliability, and accuracy.

- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

- Conduct model testing, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.

- Ensure AI applications meet security, scalability, and governance standards.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or Generative AI development.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.

- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

- Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.), and embeddings.

- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or open-source LLMs.

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and model deployment.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building Agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures.

- Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tools.

- Exposure to NLP, recommendation systems, or enterprise AI applications.

- Knowledge of data engineering and vector search technologies.

- Experience with AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
