About the Role :

Hind Industec Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior AI Software Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions for industrial and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, and scalable software development with the ability to transform business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions for industrial and enterprise use cases.

- Build intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT, Gemini, Claude, and open-source models.

- Develop AI Agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.

- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.

- Lead the integration of AI capabilities into MES, ERP, Industrial IoT, and automation platforms.

- Design scalable backend architectures and APIs for AI applications.

- Fine-tune and optimize AI models for domain-specific requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, automation engineers, and business stakeholders.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong programming expertise in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures.

- Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.

- Expertise in FastAPI, Flask, Django, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proficiency with Git and modern software development practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Industrial AI, Manufacturing Systems, Industry 4.0, or Smart Factory solutions.

- Knowledge of Computer Vision technologies such as OpenCV, YOLO, and OCR solutions.

- Experience with predictive maintenance, quality analytics, and time-series analysis.

- Familiarity with Industrial Automation systems, SCADA, PLCs, OPC-UA, and Industrial IoT platforms.

- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment of AI solutions.

Educational Qualification :

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, or related disciplines.

- MCA or equivalent qualification is also acceptable.
