About the Role :

We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to lead our engineering team and take ownership of scalable, secure and reliable product architecture. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers and build production-grade systems.

What You'll Do :

- Own application architecture and key technical decisions

- Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6 engineers

- Build scalable full-stack and microservices-based applications

- Drive cloud, deployment, security and performance initiatives

- Work on system migrations and architecture improvements

- Establish engineering standards, code quality and best practices

- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap and delivery

Tech Stack :

React, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Prisma, MySQL, GCP, Cloud Run, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, CI/CD

What We're Looking For :

- 5 - 7 years of software engineering experience

- 2+ years in a Tech Lead/technical leadership role

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript and React

- Experience building scalable, production-grade applications

- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, databases and cloud

- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions

- Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking

- Good to have : GCP, Kubernetes, Keycloak/OIDC, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, CQRS and CDC.
