Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and build agentic AI systems, including AI agents, chatbots, and multi-step intelligent workflows for enterprise use cases
- Develop AI solutions capable of decision-oriented behavior, such as tool usage, API execution, data retrieval, and contextual reasoning across enterprise systems
- Build intelligent capabilities for:
1. Technical assistance and guided troubleshooting
2. Root-cause analysis using operational and incident data
3. Data-driven recommendations and proactive insights
- Analyze large-scale storage and infrastructure data, including telemetry, performance metrics, logs, alerts, incidents, capacity, utilization, and trends
- Develop predictive and analytical models for :
1. Anomaly and failure detection
2. Capacity forecasting and growth prediction
3. Proactive risk identification
- Apply Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning techniques based on problem suitability and business need
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with :
1. APIs and enterprise platforms
2. Databases and monitoring systems
3. Storage and infrastructure management tools
- Implement prompt engineering, agent controls, guardrails, and responsible AI practices to ensure accuracy, grounding, and operational safety
- Build and maintain training, inference, and CI/CD pipelines for AI and ML solutions
- Partner with Storage Infrastructure teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with real-world operational challenges
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions end-to-end
- Experience with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI or leading open-source models
- Strong understanding of agentic AI design, including orchestration, context management, and tool integration
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Experience working with operational datasets (logs, metrics, time-series, incident data)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Background in predictive analytics, anomaly detection, or statistical modeling
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation for AI/ML solutions
- Ability to create operational dashboards or visualizations to surface data insights (e.g., Power BI or Tableau tools)
- Understanding of enterprise storage concepts, including performance, capacity, and availability
