About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced GTM Engineer - AI Agents & AWS to design, develop and deploy AI agents and AI-powered workflows that drive business outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GTM processes, workflow automation, REST APIs, AWS cloud engineering, serverless architecture and AI/LLM technologies.

The role involves building intelligent automation solutions, integrating AI agents with business applications and developing scalable, secure and reliable cloud-based workflows. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. GTM Processes & Business Workflows :

- Design and implement end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) processes and strategies in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Understand and optimize lead-to-revenue and customer lifecycle processes.

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps teams.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technology and automation solutions.

2. Workflow Automation & Integrations :

- Design and implement multi-system workflows and business process automations.

- Build integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON and OAuth.

- Implement event-driven integration patterns and workflow orchestration.

- Evaluate low-code/no-code platforms versus custom development based on business requirements.

3. AWS & Cloud Engineering :

- Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda.

- Build workflow orchestration using AWS Step Functions.

- Implement event-driven architectures using Amazon EventBridge.

- Work with Amazon Bedrock and foundation-model APIs.

- Utilize AWS services including API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, Secrets Manager, S3, queues, and databases.

- Ensure cloud security, monitoring, scalability, and production reliability.

4. AI Agents & AI Workflow Development :

- Design, build and deploy AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.

- Integrate Amazon Bedrock, Claude/Anthropic and other foundation models into business processes.

- Develop agentic workflows combining LLM reasoning, structured business data, APIs and deterministic rules.

- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities to connect AI agents with business systems, tools and data sources.

- Configure prompts, context engineering, structured outputs and tool/function calling.

- Implement guardrails, human-in-the-loop processes and AI security measures.

- Evaluate when to use AI agents versus traditional deterministic automation.

5. AI Performance, Security & Optimization :

- Test AI agents and workflows for accuracy, reliability, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Implement AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring practices.

- Ensure data privacy, security, permissions, and responsible AI usage.

- Contribute to standards for AI agent lifecycle management and governance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

GTM & Business Process Expertise :

- 6+ years of experience working with GTM processes and systems in B2B SaaS or technology environments.

- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps workflows.

- Knowledge of SaaS commercial concepts and business metrics.

- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Workflow Automation & Integration :

- Strong hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON and OAuth.

- Experience designing and implementing multi-system workflows and automation.

- Knowledge of event-driven integrations and workflow orchestration.

- Ability to evaluate low-code/no-code tools versus custom development.

AWS & Cloud Technologies :

- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.

- Experience with AWS Step Functions or equivalent orchestration tools.

- Knowledge of Amazon EventBridge and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with Amazon Bedrock or foundation-model APIs.

- Familiarity with API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, Secrets Manager, S3, queues and databases.

- Understanding of cloud security, permissions, monitoring, and production support.

AI Agents & LLM Technologies :

- Hands-on experience or strong practical knowledge of Claude/Anthropic or other leading foundation models.

- Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.

- Structured Outputs and Tool/Function Calling.

- AI Agents, Agentic Workflows and AI Orchestration.

- Model Context Protocol (MCP) and MCP-enabled tools.

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.

- Human-in-the-loop workflows.

- AI evaluation, observability, security and guardrails.

- Experience connecting AI workflows with business applications and data sources.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with n8n, Zapier, Workato, Make, or Tray.io.

- Exposure to web scraping, browser automation, and data extraction.

- Prior hands-on experience with MCP servers and MCP integrations.

- Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new AI, automation, and data-acquisition technologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

We are looking for a technically strong GTM Engineer / AI Automation Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer with a combination of B2B SaaS business process knowledge, AWS cloud engineering, system integrations, and practical AI agent development experience.

The candidate should be capable of independently understanding business requirements, designing technical architecture and delivering production-ready AI-powered automation solutions.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid, 2 days a week from the Pune office. EMEA working hours starting at 12 : 30 PM IST.
