Job Title : GenAI Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled GenAI Developer to design and build scalable AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and recommendation systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python and modern GenAI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and transformers

- Build and optimize recommendation systems and AI-driven features

- Implement end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion ? embedding ? retrieval ? generation)

- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.) into production systems

- Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of models

- Collaborate with product & engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)

- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

- Solid understanding of transformers & NLP concepts

- Experience building recommendation systems is a plus

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Good to Have :

- Experience with model fine-tuning / embeddings optimization

- Exposure to MLOps & deployment pipelines

- Prior experience in AI product development
