Generative AI Developer - Python/LLM

About the Role :

The Lead GenAI Developer will play a key role in our organization, leveraging their expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, and API development to drive innovation and growth. This is a full-time position based in Pune, with relocation support available for candidates from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop GenAI and LLM-based solutions using Python and other relevant technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems

- Develop and maintain vector databases and RAG pipelines

- Participate in API development and AI integration

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and Machine Learning

Required Skills :

- Python programming (mandatory)

- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Llama)

- Knowledge of RAG pipelines and Machine Learning

- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus)

- API development and AI integration skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI)

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2.5-3 years in GenAI

- Strong Python development skills, with the ability to transition into GenAI
