We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI-driven applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI model integration, and AI-powered workflows.

You will work closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to create innovative solutions using generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications for web, mobile, or enterprise platforms.

- Integrate foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or open-source LLMs) into product workflows.

- Build AI pipelines for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and prompt orchestration.

- Implement agentic AI workflows, including multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and memory management.

- Collaborate with teams to define AI model requirements, evaluation criteria, and deployment strategies.

- Optimize AI applications for performance, cost, and reliability.

- Conduct testing, evaluation, and monitoring of AI models to ensure quality and safety.

- Stay up to date with generative AI research, emerging models, and best practices.

- Create technical documentation and assist in knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of software development experience with strong Python proficiency.

- Hands-on experience with generative AI / large language models.

- Experience in prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, or agentic AI orchestration.

- Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or similar).

- Strong experience integrating AI models into production applications or platforms.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model versioning, evaluation, and deployment.

- Solid understanding of API design, cloud services, and data integration (general cloud experience preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
