Gen AI Lead - Python

Are you passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions and leading high-impact GenAI initiatives?

We're looking for a GenAI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions while leading a team of talented AI engineers.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of AI/ML experience with 2+ years in GenAI

- Experience leading teams of 4+ developers

- Strong expertise in RAG, Agentic AI, MCP, IDP, Text2SQL, LLMs, and Voice AI

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, and Agent Frameworks

- Strong Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch skills

- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions in cloud environments

- Bonus: Startup experience and client-facing exposure
