Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of full stack applications across multiple business domains.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions.

- Architect and build large-scale microservices-based backend platforms using Golang.

- Define and govern frontend architecture using React.js and Next.js, including best practices and design patterns.

- Establish API design standards and integration patterns using REST, GraphQL, and/or gRPC.

- Lead architecture reviews, design governance sessions, and key technical decisions affecting scalability and reliability.

- Drive delivery of large and complex programs while maintaining quality, scalability, and agreed timelines.

- Implement and optimize production containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Drive CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.

- Ensure performance optimization, system resilience, security compliance, and end-to-end observability.

- Collaborate with product, UX/design, and cross-functional engineering teams on roadmap planning and delivery.

- Mentor engineers across multiple squads and support technical hiring, team building, and capability development.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of professional full stack development experience with a strong focus on architecture and system design.

- 6+ years of hands-on Golang backend development experience.

- 6+ years of hands-on React.js and/or Next.js frontend development and architecture experience.

- Proven experience as a Lead or Architect delivering large-scale enterprise solutions end-to-end.

- Advanced Golang expertise, including concurrency patterns, memory management, and performance optimization.

- Strong React.js and Next.js knowledge, including SSR, SSG, and advanced state management.

- Extensive microservices and distributed systems experience, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, consistency, and inter-service communication.

- Strong API design expertise across RESTful APIs and modern patterns such as GraphQL and gRPC.

- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/Redis/DynamoDB.

- Proficiency in CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation), deployment automation, monitoring, and distributed tracing.

Mandatory Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.

- Knowledge of security best practices covering authentication, authorization, encryption, OWASP, and SOC 2.

- Experience with machine learning integrations or data-intensive applications.

- Open-source contributions or active technical community involvement.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience mentoring and building high-performing engineering teams.
