- Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications (Python + React/Next.js).

- Build and deploy Generative AI solutions including LLM integrations and RAG systems.

- Architect scalable systems and drive technical design decisions.

- Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions quickly.

- Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

- Ensure best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering (full-stack).

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD.

- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis, etc.).

- Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, vector databases).

- Strong system design and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in AI evaluation frameworks / prompt engineering.

- Exposure to healthcare / life sciences domain.

- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
