About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React and Python and a solid understanding of Capital Markets or Investment Banking. The ideal candidate will have experience developing scalable frontend and backend applications and working closely with business and technology teams in financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React and Python.

- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python.

- Design and integrate REST APIs and backend services with frontend applications.

- Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop applications supporting Capital Markets or Investment Banking processes and workflows.

- Contribute to solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and application architecture.

- Develop unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues and drive timely resolution.

- Participate in deployment, release, and production support activities.

- Follow established SDLC, coding, testing, version control, and deployment practices.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA, architects, and financial-domain stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Contribute to performance, scalability, security, and maintainability improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 - 11 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Python.

- Strong understanding of frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, reusable components, and state management.

- Strong experience developing backend services and APIs using Python.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.

- Solid understanding of Capital Markets or Investment Banking and associated financial workflows.

- Experience working on enterprise applications within a financial services environment.

- Good understanding of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment practices.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.

- Good knowledge of application security, performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
