Technical skills required:

- Hands on experience in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server / PostgreSQL, Entity Framework

- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus & Azure Event Hub

Scope of role:

- Responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to break down features into manageable tasks and ensure that the team has a clear understanding of requirements.

- Facilitate technical discussions during Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

- Help prioritize technical debt and manage the balance between feature development and system improvements, ensuring the team is working on high-impact tasks.

- Development Contributions: Actively contribute to development tasks and collaborate with the team to build and improve software solutions.

- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Code & System Optimization: Continuously optimize code and enhance system performance for improved efficiency and scalability.

- Security Considerations: Ensure that security best practices are followed during development and code implementation.

- Technical Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to support development processes.

What should you have:

- Bachelor's degree in science/ IT/ Computer Science or equivalent

- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience with technologies like .NET Core, C#, Azure Cloud, MS SQL Server Etc.

- Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance

- Sharp and tenacious development skills, a great problem solver

- Very good proficiency in English
