Location: Pune (5 Days WFO)

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining end-to-end web applications that serve as the interface for our core search engines. You will work closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, high-performance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java to ensure high availability and efficient data retrieval.

- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js to provide seamless navigation and data visualization.

- Integrate advanced AI tools into the development workflow to automate code testing, optimize query performance, and enhance feature delivery speed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system bottlenecks and refine application architecture.

- Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous peer reviews and the implementation of automated testing frameworks.

Required Skillset:

- Expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and React.js, with a strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Proven ability to leverage AI-powered development tools to streamline the software development lifecycle.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

- Experience working in an agile environment.

- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, preferably within a product-based organization.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Pune.
