Full Stack Developer Job Description :

Offshore Location - Pune preferable.

Experience : 8-11 years.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and Java / Spring Boot for backend services.

- Build secure REST APIs, optimize database design and queries, and ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.

- Drive technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers if needed.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in React (including state management, Redux/RTK, Hooks, Typescript) and backend development using Java (Spring Boot).

- Good understanding of REST API architecture, authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, Swagger/OpenAPI, and unit testing.

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, SQL optimization, database migrations, and performance tuning.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Kafka, Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP).

- Experience integrating AWS services and building scalable, production-grade applications.

- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and improving developer productivity.
