Full Stack Developer - AI

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack developer with expertise in AI to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages and experience with various databases and AI services.

About the Role :

The Full Stack developer - AI will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using a range of technologies. The role requires a strong understanding of programming languages, databases, and AI services, as well as experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS

- Design and implement databases using Redis, PostgreSQL, and Azure Cosmos DB

- Utilize knowledge of Vector Embeddings, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) services to develop innovative AI solutions

- Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable application deployment

- Collaborate with the team to build and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for task automation, reasoning, or autonomous AI workflows

Required Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS

- Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and Azure Cosmos DB

- Knowledge of Vector Embeddings, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) services

- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph

- Experience building or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) for task automation, reasoning, or autonomous AI workflows

- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, and AI Agent Orchestration

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM-based application development

Qualifications :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
