Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Cloud Developer / Technical Lead with 9+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across backend development, frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, and modern data engineering platforms.

This role requires an individual who can independently design scalable enterprise-grade solutions, mentor teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery :

- Design, develop, implement, and support scalable enterprise applications using modern cloud-native technologies.

- Lead full-stack application development initiatives across frontend, backend, database, cloud, and deployment layers.

- Architect and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices-based solutions.

- Provide technical direction and best practices for software architecture, coding standards, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.

- Participate in architectural discussions, technical reviews, and strategic technology decisions.

- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring junior/mid-level developers.

Cloud & DevOps Engineering :

- Build and manage cloud-native applications primarily on AWS platforms.

- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern DevOps practices.

- Work with Docker/Linux containers for application deployment, scalability, and orchestration.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and operational support mechanisms for production systems.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure system reliability and compliance.

Application Development :

- Develop backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Node.js, and Python.

- Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React.js and related frameworks.

- Develop APIs, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures.

- Work extensively with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, Athena, Redshift, Vertica, and other modern database technologies.

- Implement data warehousing concepts and large-scale data processing solutions using Parquet and cloud data platforms.

- Contribute to performance optimization, scalability enhancements, and application stability improvements.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration :

- Participate actively in Agile/Kanban/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation strategies.

- Provide accurate effort estimations, risk analysis, and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, helpdesk, and external vendors.

Quality Engineering & Testing :

- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

- Create and maintain unit, integration, and automation tests using frameworks such as Jest and other testing tools.

- Support quality assurance activities including test planning, defect resolution, and regression testing.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through automated testing and continuous integration practices.

Operational Support & Documentation :

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner.

- Develop operational support playbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories.

- Support application monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning activities.

- Train team members and business users on application functionality and operational processes.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and delivery.
