Connect & Heal is looking for Full-Stack AI Engineers who can build and ship intelligent, scalable products - not just AI prototypes.

What you'll work on :

- Build end-to-end AI-powered healthcare products and workflows

- Develop scalable frontend and backend applications

- Integrate LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI agents and automation into real-world use cases

- Build and integrate APIs, databases and third-party services

- Work closely with Product, Design and Business teams to convert problems into working solutions

- Deploy, monitor and continuously improve AI-enabled applications

- Write clean, maintainable and production-ready code

What we're looking for :

- 2+ years of experience in full-stack software development

- Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python or Java

- Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms

- Practical experience with LLMs / GenAI / AI APIs

- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering

- Strong problem-solving and product mindset

- Ability to take ownership and move quickly from idea - prototype - production

Good to have :

- Experience building AI agents or AI automation workflows

- Healthcare / HealthTech experience

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks

- Experience with Docker and CI/CD
