Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack AI Architect to lead the design, integration, and operationalization of enterprise-scale AI platforms across complex business ecosystems.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong expertise across AI Architecture, GenAI/LLMs, Java/Python engineering, Data Engineering, ETL, RAG pipelines, cloud-native AI services (Azure & GCP), and enterprise integrations, while driving large-scale AI transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will be a strong techno-functional leader with experience managing large engineering teams (100+ members) and building production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI platforms including LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, orchestration, observability, and model serving

- Design scalable API-driven AI services and enterprise-grade microservices architectures

- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models into enterprise ecosystems

- Build and optimize ETL pipelines, data engineering frameworks, and vector-based RAG architectures

- Drive AI platform development on Azure AI Services & Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)

- Lead Java/Python-based backend engineering, cloud-native integrations, and production deployments

- Establish observability, monitoring, governance, security, and compliance frameworks

- Mentor engineering teams and act as the technical authority for enterprise AI architecture decisions

- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and data science stakeholders on enterprise AI initiatives

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, API-driven systems, and microservices

- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI frameworks

- Strong expertise in ETL, Data Engineering, and Observability frameworks

- Hands-on exposure to :

i. Azure AI Services

ii. GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)

iii. Experience with CI/CD, containers, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures

- Prior experience managing large engineering teams (100+)

Good to Have :

- Experience in Conversational AI, Chatbots, Voice/IVR platforms

- Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, or other regulated industries

- Experience supporting enterprise architecture discussions and pre-sales engagements
