Responsibilities :

- Work directly with customers to understand requirements, workflows, and technical challenges.

- Translate customer/business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Own solutions end-to-end from discovery and solutioning through development, integration, and deployment.

- Build production-grade software and reusable product capabilities. Work across the frontend and backend as required by the problem.

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to convert customer use cases into product improvements.

- Develop integrations and custom solutions while ensuring they can be leveraged across multiple customers where applicable.

- Troubleshoot technical challenges and independently drive problems to resolution.

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and take ownership beyond a narrowly defined role.

Requirements :

- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience is preferred; candidates with more experience can be considered if they demonstrate strong hands-on engineering and FDE capabilities.

- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding experience.

- Full-stack experience preferred; strong frontend or backend engineers who are willing to work across the stack can also be considered.

Tech Stack :

- React, TypeScript, Next.js, Go, Python, Rust, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC, Docker, and cloud platforms.

Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and independent ownership.

- Experience with customer-facing implementations, integrations, consulting, solutioning, or requirement gathering is highly relevant.

- Ability to understand ambiguous customer problems and arrive at practical technical solutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. AI/GenAI exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc., is an added advantage.
