About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced ForgeRock Developer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and enterprise identity integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ForgeRock and strong knowledge of industry-standard identity protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SSO.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, configure, and implement IAM solutions using ForgeRock.
- Develop authentication and authorization solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SSO.
- Configure and customize ForgeRock components to meet enterprise security and identity requirements.
- Integrate ForgeRock with enterprise applications, APIs, directories, and identity providers.
- Work with enterprise IAM platforms and technologies including Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, and Keycloak.
- Implement identity federation, SSO, authentication flows, access controls, and authorization mechanisms.
- Develop and support integrations between ForgeRock and internal/external applications.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, and integration issues across environments.
- Support IAM application deployments, upgrades, configuration changes, and production releases.
- Develop scripts, configurations, and customizations required for IAM workflows and authentication journeys.
- Participate in security reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support SIT/UAT and production environments, including incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation covering IAM architecture, configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with application, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise identity solutions.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 6 - 10 years of experience in IAM, Identity Security, or related security engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Hands-on experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Experience integrating ForgeRock with enterprise applications, APIs, directories, and identity providers.
- Good experience with one or more enterprise IAM platforms such as Ping Identity, Azure AD, Okta, or Keycloak.
- Strong understanding of identity federation, access management, tokens, claims, scopes, and authentication flows.
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Good understanding of IAM security principles and secure authentication practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting, production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
- Exposure to CI/CD, version control, and Agile development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
