Role Overview :

Were looking for a data-driven and business-savvy Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Business teams. Youll turn complex data into insights, build scalable reporting, and play a key role in shaping our data strategy across the company including analytics, dashboards, and data pipelines.

What Youll Do :

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into metrics and insights.

- Build dashboards and reports using BigQuery, Metabase, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, etc.

- Analyze large and complex datasets to drive operational and strategic decision-making.

- Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources for clear, digestible presentation.

- Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses for time-sensitive business questions.

- Design and track KPIs and define measurement frameworks for initiatives.

- Contribute to our data strategy collaborating with Engineering on data pipelines, structure, and warehouse design (or working independently when possible).

- Experiment with and leverage AI-assisted analytics tools to improve speed and insights.

What Youll Bring :

- 3+ years in data/BI roles (client-facing experience preferred).

- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience querying BigQuery.

- Proficiency with BI and analytics tools (Metabase, Looker Studio, GA, HubSpot Analytics, etc.).

- Ability to simplify complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented working style.

- Real estate, title, or escrow domain experience is a plus.
