Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Agentic AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-agent systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps, and cloud-native architectures.

This role involves leading a team of AI engineers to build intelligent agent ecosystems capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous task execution. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define AI strategies, deliver scalable solutions, and drive AI adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.

- Lead development using frameworks such as :

1. LangChain

2. OpenAI Agents SDK

3. Google ADK

- Architect end-to-end AI solutions including agent orchestration, RAG, model serving, and monitoring.

- Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices for model training, deployment, evaluation, and lifecycle management.

- Design and optimize retrieval systems using vector databases and semantic search technologies.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise applications and workflows.

- Build cloud-native AI solutions on GCP, AWS, or Azure.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of AI platforms.

- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on Agentic AI initiatives.

- Support architecture reviews, POCs, innovation programs, and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, MCA, BE, BTech, or related field.

- Experience leading AI/ML or Generative AI projects and teams.

- Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture and cloud technologies.
