About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions for real-world business applications. The ideal candidate should have practical experience delivering production-ready GenAI implementations and not just academic projects, personal experiments, or proof-of-concepts.

This role requires expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration, and cloud-based AI deployments. The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams to build scalable AI-powered applications from concept to production.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Proven experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

- Advanced prompt engineering expertise.

- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and workflows.

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

- Experience deploying and supporting production-grade AI solutions.

- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI application architecture.

Cloud & Platform Skills :

- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service.

- Hands-on exposure to Azure deployments including :

1. Azure Web Apps

2. Azure Function Apps

3. Azure Virtual Machines

- Practical experience with Databricks.

- Strong SQL and data-handling capabilities for AI pipelines.

- Understanding of cloud security and deployment best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.

- Exposure to vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.

- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and AI application monitoring.

- Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and governance standards.

Experience Requirements :

- 2 to 5 years of overall experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or related domains.

- Mandatory experience delivering production or enterprise-scale GenAI solutions.

- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end GenAI implementations.

- Exposure to Azure and Databricks is preferred.

- Candidates with strong GenAI expertise and production deployment experience will be considered even if Azure/Databricks exposure is limited.
