The role - The Content Stack is the core "operating system" of Tripstack. It is a mission-critical Content Acquisition platform that retrieves live flight information from a global network of providers.

By acting as the universal adaptor between Provider Integrations and our Client API, Content Stack ensures all airline data conforms to a standardized, high-performance format. This role is central to our current platform expansion, directly supporting our objectives for ETG Booking Share and VI (Virtual Interlining) improvements.

Supporting the Product Manager in the delivery of our long-term roadmap, you will ensure the Content Stack is operationally resilient and capable of meeting increasing demand. Your focus will be on the technical execution and scalability of our integration engine, ensuring it remains the high-performance backbone of Tripstack's global content acquisition.

Role Responsibilities :

Platform Execution & Roadmap Delivery :

- Roadmap Delivery : Partner with the Product Manager to execute the Content Stack roadmap. You will be responsible for turning high-level goals into actionable technical plans that support ETGs broader platform story.

- The "Lean Integration" Initiative : Lead the technical drive to simplify Provider Integrations (Recipes). You will reduce system complexity and "Time-to-Market" for new suppliers, ensuring integration velocity meets business needs.

- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Architects, Engineering Managers, and the CAT (Content Acquisition Team). You will navigate internal dependencies across Search and SRE to ensure stable, high-value delivery.

- Performance Monitoring : Own the tracking of platform KPIs. You will monitor system health and integration success rates, providing the data needed to optimize productivity and system transparency.

Technical Leadership & Backlog Management :

- Technical Requirement Synthesis : Translate business and architectural needs into well-articulated EPICs and User Stories. You will define clear acceptance criteria that account for security, CI/CD advocacy, and reusable component design.

- Platform Scalability : Oversee the development of the platform to ensure it represents the growing needs of our global network, maintaining reliability at high traffic volumes.

- Agile Leadership : Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all agile ceremonies. You will manage a sophisticated backlog, balancing platform stability with the delivery of new features in a fast-paced environment.

- Observability : Drive improvements in logging consistency and system observability to empower developers with faster debugging and issue resolution capabilities.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5-7+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar technical leadership role, specifically managing complex, integration-heavy platforms or middleware.

- Domain Expertise : Direct experience in the Travel Industry is essential. You must be fluent in the nuances of GDS, NDC, and LCC integrations and understand the technical complexities of flight data acquisition

- Technical Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of software architecture, including RESTful APIs, Micro-services (AWS/Azure), and the complexities of third-party data normalization.

- Execution Focus : Proven ability to lead scrum teams and navigate agile ceremonies while maintaining a high level of accountability for delivery.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is considered an advantage.

Working Model :

- Location : Hybrid (2 days in-office per week).

- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 12 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM IST (ensuring necessary overlap with global stakeholders).
