About the Role :

ERM is seeking an AI Data Engineer Consultant in North America to join our global Digital Services business. You will lead the next wave of AI-driven digital transformation, architecting intelligent pipelines and orchestrating advanced AI workflows.

What You'll Bring :

- University degree in Environmental Sciences, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or Theoretical Business.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in AI data engineering or EHS-related fields.

- Proficiency in Python (pandas, polars), SQL, and AI SDKs.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral), RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, .NET, or Node.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI-powered data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform data.

- Orchestrate LLMs to automate data manipulation and validation.

- Deliver customer-ready outputs in Excel, PDF, and Word formats.

- Prototype emerging AI tools and translate proofs-of-concept into scalable solutions.

- Build and integrate full-stack applications connecting AI back-ends to web interfaces.

- Design and optimize relational and vector databases.
