Job Description:

- Managed enterprise-wide BitLocker Disk Encryption deployment and administration across Windows endpoints, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.

- Configured and supported BitLocker policies using Microsoft Intune, Group Policy (GPO), and Active Directory to enforce encryption standards.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Group Policy (GPO), Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.

- Experience with endpoint protection and EDR solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Symantec, TrendMicro.

- Performed BitLocker recovery key management, escrow validation, and recovery operations for end users while maintaining security controls.

- Troubleshot Trusted Platform Module (TPM) issues, encryption failures, and compliance exceptions to ensure uninterrupted endpoint security.

- Monitored and reported encryption compliance status across corporate devices, achieving high levels of endpoint encryption coverage.

- Administered Windows Security configurations, endpoint hardening, and security baselines to strengthen organizational security posture.

- Managed endpoint protection and EDR solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, for threat detection, investigation, and remediation.

- Experience in BitLocker deployment, configuration, recovery key management, TPM troubleshooting, and encryption compliance monitoring.
