Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong .NET Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in .NET technologies but also possess excellent leadership skills to guide the team, enforce best practices, and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, QA teams, and clients to define technical requirements and delivery timelines.

- Architect and design solutions using modern .NET stacks (preferably .NET 6/7/8 and .NET Core).

- Ensure high performance, secure, and maintainable code.

- Drive implementation of CI/CD, code quality checks, unit testing, and performance tuning.

- Break down complex business problems into technical solutions and delegate work effectively.

- Take ownership of technical risk assessment and mitigation planning.

- Stay up to date with new trends and recommend improvements in tools, processes, or technologies.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

- Deep understanding of Entity Framework / Dapper / LINQ / ADO.NET.

- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server (procedures, indexing, optimization).

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Exposure to front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is preferred.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) including App Services, Functions, and DevOps pipelines.

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD).

- Proficient in Git, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Ability to mentor team members and conduct regular technical sessions.

- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to explain technical topics in business terms.

- Self-motivated and proactive in driving results and improvements
