We are expanding our engineering team to build scalable backend systems and AI-driven enterprise workflows.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js to build scalable backend services, interactive enterprise applications, and AI-driven workflows.

Tech Stack : Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Redis, AWS S3, REST APIs, WebSockets

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js backend services and REST APIs.

- Build responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.

- Develop enterprise dashboards, workflow builders, QC/review interfaces, and AI-enabled tools.

- Work with MongoDB/Mongoose, Redis, AWS S3, and asynchronous processing.

- Build and integrate real-time features using WebSockets.

- Work on multi-tenant architecture, RBAC, integrations, and data workflows.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams.

Key Technical Qualifications:

- 5 - 8 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and system design.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB/Mongoose and Redis.

- Experience with AWS S3 or similar cloud storage services.

- Experience building scalable enterprise web applications.

- Good understanding of Git, testing, debugging, and production deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on AI/ML, OCR, document processing, workflow automation, or similar platforms.

- Experience with real-time applications, WebSockets, or event-driven systems.

- Experience with multi-tenant enterprise applications.
