Our client is a leading global financial services organization with a strong enterprise technology footprint and a growing focus on AI-led transformation. They are establishing a new AI Innovation Lab in India that will serve as a horizontal capability across multiple business lines. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who can operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation, consulting, and AI execution. The position offers an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide AI priorities, partner with senior stakeholders globally, and shape how AI capabilities are embedded across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the AI innovation agenda by translating business challenges into a prioritized portfolio of AI opportunities and proof of concepts.

- Partner closely with business leaders and executive stakeholders to evaluate use cases, define value hypotheses, and drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

- Build and govern a repeatable innovation engine, ensuring ideas move effectively from experimentation to production-scale solutions.

- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating emerging AI capabilities into practical and measurable outcomes.

Eligibility Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience spanning consulting, digital transformation, technology leadership, or enterprise innovation roles.

- Proven experience leading AI, GenAI, or digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.

- Exposure to AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or related capabilities, with sufficient hands-on understanding to guide discussions and challenge technical teams.

- Experience building or operating innovation labs, AI CoEs, transformation programs, or enterprise change initiatives would be highly valued.

- Prior exposure to Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or broader Financial Services environments would be advantageous.
