About the Role :

Are you passionate about transforming business processes through intelligent automation? We're looking for an experienced Blue Prism RPA Developer (Analyst) to join our dynamic automation team. In this role, you'll design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-scale RPA solutions that drive operational excellence and business value. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on complex automation initiatives, build reusable components, and contribute to innovative digital transformation programs while mentoring fellow developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Automation Development :

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Prepare detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs) based on business requirements.

- Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Blue Prism.

- Build reusable Visual Business Objects (VBOs) following development standards and best practices.

- Develop end-to-end automation workflows using Process Studio and Object Studio.

2. Deployment & Support :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Conduct self and peer code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.

- Deploy and manage automation solutions across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

- Configure and manage bot scheduling using Control Room and Scheduler.

- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize automation efficiency.

3. Collaboration & Leadership :

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver automation initiatives.

- Mentor junior developers and champion Blue Prism development standards and best practices.

- Prepare and maintain technical, deployment, and operational documentation.

Required Skills & Expertise :

1. Blue Prism :

- Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, Application Modeler, Work Queues, Scheduler, Release Manager, Credential Manager, Environment Variables, Exception Handling, Recovery & Resume Stages, Multi-Bot Architecture, and Visual Business Objects (VBOs).

2. Automation Experience :

- Process Discovery, Solution Design, BOT Development, BOT Deployment, BOT Monitoring, Production Support, and Performance Optimization.

3. Application Integration :

- Web Applications, Windows Applications, Citrix, and Mainframe Applications.

4. Technical Skills :

- Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, SQL, SDLC, Agile Scrum, Technical Documentation, Code Reviews, and Version Control.

What We're Looking For :

- 6-8 years of overall IT experience.

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation.

- 2-4 years of strong Blue Prism development experience.

- Proven expertise in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions.

- Experience with Work Queues, Application Modeler, Spy Modes, Control Room, Scheduler, Exception Handling, and Multi-Bot Architecture.

- Strong understanding of reusable component development (VBOs) and enterprise automation frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to mentor team members and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Blue Prism Developer Certification.

- Experience with Intelligent Automation, OCR, or AI-enabled automation.

- Exposure to REST APIs, Web Services, and enterprise system integrations.

- Experience with CI/CD and RPA deployment best practices.
