Digile - AI Engineering Lead/Manager

Job Description :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field

- 8+ years in software/AI engineering, with at least 2 -3 years in a technical leadership role

- Proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects in production environments

- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Machine learning, and data science principles

- Expert in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)

- Solid understanding of system design and software engineering best practices

- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

- Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI projects from ideation to production deployment.

- Mentor and guide AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers to build high-performing teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance for AI development and deployment.

- Oversee model training, evaluation, optimization, and monitoring to ensure performance and reliability.

- Implement and manage MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI models.

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI systems aligned with software engineering best practices.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- Ensure successful deployment and operation of AI applications across cloud environments.

- Drive adoption of automation, monitoring, and performance optimization practices across AI platforms.

- Provide technical leadership in system design, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
