About the Role :

We are seeking senior DevOps Tools Infrastructure Consultants to take end-to-end ownership of our enterprise repository and artifact management ecosystem. This role is not just about using these tools; it requires deep hands-on administration, configuration, performance tuning, and governance of critical enterprise engineering pipelines.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- GitLab Administration : Comprehensive hands-on experience configuring, scaling, and managing GitLab enterprise infrastructure.

- GitHub Enterprise Management : Deep proficiency managing enterprise workflows, access controls, compliance, and large-scale developer repositories.

- JFrog Artifactory : Robust experience managing Artifactory for binary storage, dependency caching, lifecycle policies, and secure repository management.

- Core Paradigm : Strong foundations in Infra Cloud Computing Consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

Performance, Optimization & Engineering :

- Performance Tuning : Analyze system performance data, isolate behavioral bottlenecks, and drive capacity planning initiatives to maximize system efficiency.

- System Improvements : Design and evaluate mitigations, test new tools, and continuously deploy platform optimizations alongside cross-functional technical teams.

- Disaster Recovery (DR) : Execute rigorous security assessments, orchestrate recovery drills, and enforce compliance controls to meet global security benchmarks.

Operations, Team Work & Governance :

- Stakeholder Engagement : Participate in weekly/monthly service review cycles, report on uptime/incidents, and ensure continuous transparency with business leaders.

- Team Collaboration : Work actively with engineers to rapidly unblock infrastructure bottlenecks and resolve escalated tickets/service requests.

- Knowledge Management : Author and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), document root-cause analyses, and maintain the knowledge repository.
