As a Full Stack Engineer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for the end-to-end development and lifecycle management of mission-critical applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure teams to translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code. This role is pivotal in shaping the architectural direction of our platforms, ensuring that our technical stack remains performant, secure, and capable of supporting our long-term growth objectives while delivering a seamless experience to our end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable web applications by integrating complex front-end interfaces with high-performance back-end services to ensure optimal system responsiveness.

- Lead the design and maintenance of robust APIs and database schemas that support seamless data flow and integration across internal and third-party platforms.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, conducting code reviews, and implementing advanced caching or database tuning strategies to improve user experience.

- Mentor junior engineering talent by fostering a culture of technical rigor, code quality, and adherence to industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that development efforts align with evolving business goals and project timelines.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying full-stack solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular alongside server-side technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.

- Proven ability to manage relational and non-relational databases, including complex query optimization and data modeling in environments like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

- Strong proficiency in cloud-native development, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 8 to 10 years of professional experience in building enterprise-grade software.
