Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science professional to join our high-impact analytics team in Pune. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of advanced analytical models and AI-driven solutions that directly influence strategic business decision-making. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy robust machine learning models using Python to solve high-priority business problems, ensuring solutions are scalable and production-ready.

- Lead the integration of Generative AI and OpenAI models into existing workflows to automate complex processes and improve user experience.

- Manage large-scale data processing pipelines on Databricks, optimizing performance to ensure seamless data availability for downstream analytics.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that data-driven insights align with organizational goals.

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to communicate complex findings to non-technical leadership, facilitating data-backed strategic planning.

- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI models within AWS and Azure cloud environments to ensure high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python-based machine learning development, with a proven ability to build and deploy models that solve real-world business challenges.

- Advanced proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, specifically in configuring environments for high-performance computing and data storage.

- Strong command over Databricks for big data processing and collaborative model development, coupled with the ability to implement Generative AI solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Proven experience in data visualization using Power BI to drive clarity and actionable insights across the organization.

- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in analytical thinking.

- High adaptability to a hybrid work model, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative, fast-moving team structure.

- Ability to manage projects with 6 - 9 years of professional experience, showing a track record of delivering high-quality data science initiatives from conception to deployment.
