As a Data Engineer within our Analytics & BI practice, you will serve as the technical backbone for our client-facing data initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines that transform raw information into actionable business intelligence. Working closely with cross-functional consulting teams and client stakeholders, you will ensure that data infrastructure is not only robust and secure but also perfectly aligned with the strategic objectives of the business. Your work will directly influence how our clients interpret their performance metrics and make high-stakes, data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build end-to-end data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large-scale datasets, ensuring high availability and data integrity for downstream analytics.

- Develop sophisticated dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

- Collaborate with business analysts and consultants to translate complex business requirements into technical data models and efficient BI solutions.

- Optimize existing data warehouse structures and query performance to reduce latency and improve the user experience for reporting consumers.

- Implement data governance and quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all enterprise reporting platforms.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex BI solutions using Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.

- Strong proficiency in data engineering workflows, including ETL/ELT development, SQL optimization, and working with modern cloud-based data warehouses.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making during client engagements.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing end-to-end data projects within a professional services or consulting environment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, maintaining high levels of collaboration with distributed teams and clients.

- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in data engineering and business intelligence roles.
