Overview :

We are seeking a Data Architect with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Database integration and strong proficiency in the Microsoft data ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in designing, building, and optimizing our data pipelines, warehouse structures, and analytics solutions to support business intelligence and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Integration :

- Access and extract data from Oracle Fusion Database with a solid understanding of its table structures.

- Design and implement efficient data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the import process.

Data Architecture & Modeling :

- Develop and maintain a robust star schema in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).

- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data models.

- Design and maintain database tables to support structured and scalable data storage.

Analytics & Visualization :

- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

- Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and data storytelling.

- Create and manage paginated reports for detailed, print-ready reporting needs.

- Support self-service BI initiatives across the organization.

Collaboration & Governance :

- Work closely with IT, business analysts, and stakeholders to align data solutions with organizational goals.

- Establish best practices for data management, governance, and documentation.

- Provide guidance on data architecture standards and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 7 years of professional experience in data architecture, data integration, and BI solutions.

- At least 3 years of direct experience with Oracle Fusion Database, including table structures and data relationships.

- Proven ability to access and import data from Oracle Fusion into enterprise data warehouses.

- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Power BI.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL, star schema, dimensional modeling).

- Experience in database table design for scalable and efficient data storage.

- Ability to build paginated reports for detailed reporting requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or other cloud-based data warehouses.

- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and security best practices.

- Background in enterprise-scale BI implementations.
