Data Analyst - Visualization Tools

Description :

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to convert data into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business and operational decisions.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions.

- Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Present insights clearly to stakeholders through visualizations and summaries.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of reports and KPIs.

- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

- Work with engineering or data teams to improve data pipelines and data quality.

- Maintain documentation for datasets, metrics, and reports.

- Work closely with business, product, and operations teams to understand data needs.

- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Support data-driven decision-making across teams

- Identify opportunities to improve processes using data insights.

- Automate recurring reports and analysis where possible.

- Support implementation of analytics best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

- Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Working knowledge of databases (SQL, relational databases).

Analytical Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Experience handling large datasets and performing data validation.

- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
