About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Software Engineer - AI Engineer to join our technology team and build next-generation AI-powered applications, conversational AI solutions, LLM applications, and intelligent automation platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, API development, AWS, LLMs, Generative AI, Chatbots, RAG, Agentic AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, LangChain and LangGraph.

This role requires someone who can independently design, develop, integrate, and optimize AI solutions in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to convert real-world business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/GenAI and LLM-based applications.

- Build intelligent solutions using Large Language Models, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI.

- Develop robust and scalable backend services using Python and REST APIs.

- Design and develop intelligent chatbots and conversational AI solutions.

- Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

- Build and deploy AI applications on AWS using AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.

- Develop AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph.

Must-Have Requirements :

- 4+ years of relevant experience in AI/GenAI/LLM application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and API development.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, AWS Bedrock, and/or Azure OpenAI.

- Proven experience building conversational AI systems, chatbots, and LLM-based applications.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with RAG and/or Agentic AI.

- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

- Knowledge or hands-on experience with MCP / MCP Servers / Agent Core or similar technologies.

- Ability to independently design and develop AI solutions with minimal supervision.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
