Cybage - Solution Architect - Healthcare Domain

Must Have Skills :

- 10+ years of IT experience with atleast 5+ years in Healthcare IT

- Experience designing & Implementing enterprise healthcare solutions and solution architecture.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML or Generative AI solution architecture & ability to design AI driven solutions

- Strong understanding of U.S. Healthcare Provider and/or Payer domain.

- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of healthcare standards such as FHIR, HL7, and HIPAA.

- Experience with API-first, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solutioning skills.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience with EHR/EMR, RCM, Claims, Billing, or Care Management platforms.

- Knowledge of EDI X12, SMART on FHIR, or CMS interoperability initiatives.

- Experience with Azure Health Data Services, AWS HealthLake, or similar platforms.

- Exposure to Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

- Experience developing healthcare accelerators or Proof of Concepts (POCs).

- Presales experience including RFPs, proposals, and customer presentations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare solutions on Azure/AWS

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for healthcare modernization initiatives.

- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, AI architects, and engineering teams.

- Design interoperable solutions integrating EHRs, payer systems, and third-party applications.

- Lead the development of healthcare POCs and reusable accelerators.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security, and interoperability standards.

- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentoring.

- Support presales activities and solutioning.
