Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience; 3+ years in a Technical Lead, Senior Engineer with lead responsibilities, Technical Architect, or similar role

- Strong hands-on full-stack development experience, especially with React

- Strong backend experience with Node.js/Express and/or Python/FastAPI

- Strong understanding of REST API design and development

- Strong SQL and/or NoSQL database knowledge

- Experience with authentication, authorization, RBAC, and application security

- Experience with Docker, Linux-based deployments, Git, and code-review practices

- Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable software systems

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and architectural thinking skills

Preferred :

- 5+ years in software development, including 3+ years in a Technical Lead or hands-on leadership role
