Control Engineer (Codesys)

Location : Pune

Experience : 5- 10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Control Engineer with strong expertise in Codesys, PLC Programming, SCADA Systems, and Power System Integration to join a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement PLC control logic using Codesys and WAGO PLCs

- Design, configure, and troubleshoot SCADA systems

- Integrate control systems with Gensets and Power Management Systems

- Develop and maintain communication interfaces between various devices and systems

- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and project execution

- Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with project requirements

Required Skills :

- Codesys Programming

- WAGO PLC Programming (IEC 61131-3)

- SCADA System Development & Integration

- Gensets / Power Systems Knowledge

- Control System Engineering

- System Integration

- Modbus Communication Protocol

- CAN Protocol

- OPC UA

- TCP/IP Networking

- Commissioning & Troubleshooting

Preferred Background :

- 5- 10 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Control Systems, or Power Systems

- Experience in Power Management Systems, Genset Controls, or Energy Management Solutions

- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and automation architecture
