About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Computer Vision Engineer to join our core Research & Development team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge video analytics solutions.
This is a premier R&D position where you will move deep learning models from theoretical research to high-performance, real-world deployment. You will be responsible for building scalable, low-latency pipelines for object detection, classification, and tracking, ensuring our systems run optimally on edge devices and cloud infrastructure alike.
Key Responsibilities :
- R&D Architecture : Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of computer vision models, from data curation and architectural design to training, optimization, and production deployment.
- Video Analytics Engineering : Architect and optimize robust, real-time video analytics pipelines focused on multi-object detection, multi-camera tracking, and behavioral analysis.
- Performance Optimization : Leverage hardware-acceleration tools to optimize deep learning models for maximum throughput and ultra-low latency on target hardware.
- Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor junior R&D engineers, establish best practices for code quality, and lead code/architecture reviews.
- Innovation & Prototyping : Stay at the forefront of CV/DL research, translating state-of-the-art academic papers into viable commercial prototypes and features.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity directing technical projects.
- Core Languages : Strong, production-grade proficiency in Python (C++ experience is a significant plus).
- Deep Learning Frameworks : Expert-level, hands-on experience with PyTorch for model training and experimentation.
- Hardware Acceleration : Demonstrated experience optimizing and deploying models using TensorRT and writing/debugging CUDA-accelerated operations for NVIDIA hardware.
- Domain Expertise : Proven track record of shipping production-ready systems featuring object detection, segmentation, and advanced tracking algorithms (e.g., DeepSORT, ByteTrack) handling live video streams.
- Education : Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with a focus on vision systems is highly preferred.
What We Offer :
- Innovative Environment : Work on highly complex R&D problems with a direct path to commercial impact.
- Professional Growth : Clear leadership trajectory within a rapidly expanding, technology-driven R&D department.
- Robust Infrastructure : Access to high-performance compute clusters and state-of-the-art hardware to train and test your models.
- Stability & Benefits : Comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits associated with a permanent, full-time career in a leading IT consulting firm.
