Computacenter - AI Engineer - Microsoft Copilot

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot technologies, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI solution development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered assistants, intelligent agents, and workflow automation solutions using Microsofts AI ecosystem.

The role requires hands-on experience in building AI copilots, integrating enterprise systems, leveraging Azure AI services, and developing scalable AI-driven applications that enhance productivity, automation, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation :

- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Build intelligent agents capable of reasoning, orchestration, workflow execution, and enterprise task automation.

- Develop multi-step AI workflows integrating enterprise applications and business systems.

- Implement AI agent governance, monitoring, and security best practices.

Microsoft Copilot Development :

- Design and develop AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Build and deploy Copilot Agents for enterprise use cases across business functions.

- Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365 applications, enterprise systems, and business workflows.

- Customize conversational experiences, prompts, knowledge sources, and automation flows.

Azure AI Development :

- Develop and deploy AI solutions using :

1. Azure AI Foundry

2. Azure OpenAI Service

3. Azure AI Search

4. Azure AI Studio

- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise data sources.

- Implement prompt engineering, semantic search, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Microsoft 365 & Enterprise Integration :

- Integrate AI solutions across Microsoft 365 services including :

1. Microsoft Teams

2. SharePoint Online

3. Outlook

4. Power Platform

5. Microsoft Graph API

- Develop enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate and Copilot capabilities.

- Enable secure access to organizational knowledge and business applications.

Solution Engineering & Delivery :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to identify AI opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of AI applications.

- Support deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6- 10 years of overall software engineering or enterprise application development experience.

- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications and automation solutions.

- Strong expertise in :

2. Copilot Agent Development

3. Agentic AI Architecture

4. Azure AI Foundry

5. Azure OpenAI Service

- Experience with :

1. Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integrations.

- Experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions with security and governance considerations.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
