Role Overview :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React.js to build scalable, modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding, using AI tools to accelerate development, improve productivity, and enhance code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.js.

- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and database solutions.

- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance React components.

- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code.

- Debug, test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

- Leverage AI coding tools for rapid prototyping, coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and development productivity.

- Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement of development practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in full-stack development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and React.js.

- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.

- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask is a plus.

- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered applications.

- Startup or product development experience.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.

- Experience building and deploying scalable web applications.
